Frequently asked questions
What does the free demo include?
You register your company with its name and UIC and get 2 calendar months of automatic extraction and 50 AI requests in total — whichever comes first. No card required. Every AI request counts, including failed attempts and rescans. After the demo ends, uploading, manual entry, saving and export remain free.
What counts toward the subscription limit?
Every document extracted automatically. The limit renews at the start of each calendar month; failed extractions do not count.
What happens when I reach the monthly limit?
Uploading new documents is paused until the start of next month. Documents already uploaded and saved stay available, and you can switch to a larger plan at any time.
Are saved documents kept?
Yes. On save, the document image is archived together with the extracted data at no extra charge. You open it from “Documents” or through the AI assistant via a secure link that expires after one hour, so a sent or shared link does not stay open. The link in the Slack notification is valid for seven days, and optionally every saved document is also copied to the company's Google Drive folder.
How do I pay and how do I cancel the subscription?
Payment is by card through Stripe. Plan changes, invoices and cancellation are managed by the company administrator through the Stripe portal; cancellation takes effect immediately.
