1. Parties and scope
These terms govern the use of InvoiceHub, a service provided by Impress Bulgaria LLC, EIK 205349335, registered in Sofia, Bulgaria (“the provider”), contact: [email protected].
“Customer” means the company or organisation that uses the service, and “user” means any person the customer has given access. The service is intended for businesses and organisations, not for consumers within the meaning of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act. By creating a company or using the service, you accept these terms on behalf of the customer.
2. The service
InvoiceHub lets you upload and photograph invoices and other documents, read them automatically with artificial intelligence, review and save the data, export to Excel and image archives, connect Slack and Google Drive, and access the data through a REST API and an MCP server for AI assistants.
3. Account and access
- Sign-in uses an email address through Amazon Cognito. Creating a company requires a verified email and a valid Bulgarian company number (EIK).
- The company administrator manages the members and their permissions and is responsible for them.
- The API key gives access to all of the company's documents. The customer is responsible for keeping it safe and can deactivate it at any time.
4. Free demo
A new company can get a free demo with the duration and number of automatic reading attempts shown on the Pricing page at registration. There is one demo per account and per company number. Every reading attempt counts, including failed ones. When the demo ends, only automatic reading stops — uploading, manual entry, saving and exporting stay available.
5. Subscriptions and payment
- Plans, prices in euro and monthly limits are shown on the Pricing page. The provider is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on the prices.
- Payment is by card through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically every month until it is cancelled.
- The limit is the number of automatically read documents per calendar month; failed reads do not count. When it is reached, automatic reading stops until the next month or until you move to a larger plan, and saved documents stay available.
- Plans are changed through the Stripe portal, with the price difference prorated.
- The company administrator can cancel the subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately and the unused part of the period is not refunded.
6. Automatic reading
Data is extracted by artificial intelligence models and may contain errors. The customer reviews and confirms each document before saving it and is responsible for the accuracy of its accounting records. The service is not accounting, tax or legal advice.
7. The customer's obligations
- To upload only documents it is entitled to process, and to comply with data protection law.
- Not to upload malicious code and not to try to bypass the limits, the protections or the separation between companies.
- Not to overload the service and not to use it in breach of the law or of third parties' rights.
8. Data
The data and documents remain the customer's property. We process them under the Privacy Policy. For personal data in uploaded documents, the customer is the controller and the provider is a processor acting only on the customer's instructions and to provide the service.
9. Third-party services
When the customer connects Slack, Google Drive or an AI assistant (for example Claude or ChatGPT), data is sent to those services on the customer's instruction and is processed under their terms. The provider is not responsible for those services.
10. Availability and changes to the service
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available at all times, but do not guarantee it. There may be interruptions for maintenance and changes to features.
11. Liability
The provider is not liable for lost profits, indirect damage or damage caused by data saved without review. The provider's total liability is limited to the amount the customer paid in the last 12 months. These limits do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.
12. Suspension and termination
The provider may suspend access if these terms are breached. The customer may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of its data at [email protected].
13. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we publish the new version on this page with the date it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means accepting the new terms.
14. Governing law
Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are settled by the competent Bulgarian court in Sofia.
